With its release set for just over two weeks from now, Disney has unveiled a new clip from the live-action reimagining of Lilo & Stitch, showcasing Lilo as she meets the playful alien for the first time during her visit to a rescue shelter to adopt a new pet; check it out below…
“A live-action reinterpretation of Disney’s 2002 animated classic, “Lilo & Stitch,” tells the humorous and heartfelt tale of a lonely girl from Hawaii and the runaway alien who helps her heal her fractured family.”
Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp, Lilo & Stitch features Sydney Elizebeth Agudong, Billy Magnussen, Tia Carrere, Hannah Waddingham, Chris Sanders, alongside Courtney B. Vance, and Zach Galifianakis, with Maia Kealoha making her debut.
Lilo & Stitch hits theaters on May 23rd.
