FMV horror game Hello Stranger is now available on Steam for PC.
PRM Games has announced the launch of their FMV psychological horror-thriller game, Hello Stranger, on PC through Steam. Written and directed by Paul Raschid, Hello Stranger immerses players in a spine-tingling narrative where survival hinges on the choices they make.
In Hello Stranger, players take on the role of Cam, a man who experiences his entire life within his smart home. He works, entertains himself, and socializes through a video chat platform, all without leaving his house. However, when a hacker breaks into his home and traps him inside, Cam must compete in three lethal games where every choice could determine whether he ever sees the outside world again.
Players can select between two story modes: Game Mode and Cinema Mode, with the latter resembling an interactive film experience that features fewer games. Both modes, however, include over four hours of live-action content. The choices made by players can lead to various branches in the story, resulting in ten potential endings.
In Game Mode, players will engage in several different interactive mini-games designed to test their reflexes. These mini-games encompass a Platformer, a Car Chase, a Shoot 'Em Up, a Beat 'Em Up, and a Survival Horror, collectively offering up to 20 hours of gameplay.
Players can look forward to a talented cast featuring:
Derek Jacobi (Gladiator, Last Tango in Halifax, I, Claudius, among others)
George Blagden (Vikings)
Danny Griffin (Fate: The Winx Saga)
Christina Wolfe (The Ark, FBI: International)
Kulvinder Ghir (Foundation, Goodness Gracious Me)
Laura Whitmore (Queenie)
Yasmin Finney (Heartstopper)
Hello Stranger is now available on PC via Steam for £8.50 GBP/€9.75 EUR/$9.99 USD, along with a special limited-time launch discount of 10%.
