Dynamite reveals a new ThunderCats special titled Cheetara: Worldbreaker.
Dynamite Entertainment has revealed that the beloved Cheetara will return to the spotlight this September in the new one-shot comic book ThunderCats: Cheetara – Worldbreaker.
This comic marks the writing debut of Nate Cosby, Dynamite’s regular ThunderCats editor, collaborating with artist David Cousens. Worldbreaker is designed to establish the foundation for the next chapter in the publisher’s ThunderCats series. Cosby shared: “This narrative unfolds across the past, present, and future, introduces new characters, and prepares the way for an expansive storyline ahead. I only write when I feel compelled to express something about a character, making Worldbreaker particularly meaningful and thrilling for me.”
ThunderCats: Cheetara – Worldbreaker will feature covers by Declan Shalvey, Lucio Parrillo, Ivan Tao, and Edwin Galmon, as well as a Classic Animation variant cover.
ThunderCats: Cheetara – Worldbreaker is set for release in September 2025.
