Lionsgate and Roadside Attractions have released a trailer for Twinless, the forthcoming drama by writer-director James Sweeney. The story centers on two mourning young men, Roman (Dylan O’Brien) and Dennis (Sweeney), who develop a friendship after connecting at a twin support group, unaware that both are keeping secrets that might disrupt their bond.

In Twinless, two young men come together in a twin support group and develop an unexpected friendship. Roman (Dylan O’Brien) and Dennis (James Sweeney) seek comfort and a sense of self in the absence of their other halves and quickly become inseparable beyond the group. However, when Roman encounters Dennis’ lively coworker, Marcie (Aisling Franciosi), hidden truths begin to surface, as both men conceal secrets that could jeopardize everything.
Twinless will be released in theaters on September 5th.
