40,000: Mechanicus II video explores the latest features.

      Bulwark Studios and Kasedo Games have unveiled a new gameplay video for the anticipated Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II. The video, available below, highlights some of the new features that players can look forward to when the game releases on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

      In Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II, players can choose to play as one of two factions: the Imperium’s Adeptus Mechanicus or the technologically advanced Necrons. Each faction will have its own campaign where the complete annihilation of the enemy is the only acceptable outcome, and each will showcase a distinctive playstyle.

      In the Adeptus Mechanicus campaign, players will again take on the role of Magos Dominus Faustinius, commanding an army of augmented soldiers, robotic killing machines, and Servitors. Conversely, in the Necron campaign, Vargard Nefershah will lead her dynasty’s legions of Necron Warriors, Destroyers, and Scarabs.

      A variety of battle environments will be featured, ranging from urban areas to jungles and frigid tundras. Players can use certain environmental elements for protection, though concentrated enemy fire can eliminate that cover. Additionally, players must be aware of the potential arrival of enemy reinforcements.
