MUBI has released a poster and trailer for the crime drama The Mastermind, directed and written by Kelly Reichardt, set in the 1970s.
Josh O’Connor plays JB, an out-of-work carpenter who, alongside two accomplices, steals four paintings from a museum. However, his life starts to fall apart when he realizes that keeping the paintings is much more difficult than the theft itself.

The Mastermind is set to be released on October 17th.
