In anticipation of its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this September, Prime Video has unveiled a poster and trailer for Hedda, a reimagining of Henrik Ibsen's classic play Hedda Gabler by writer-director Nia DaCosta (Candyman, The Marvels).
Taking place over the span of a single evening, Tessa Thompson stars in the lead role as a woman engulfed by a whirlwind of manipulation and passion as suppressed desires and tensions reach a breaking point throughout the night.
