Kaiju Cleaner Simulator set to launch in early 2026.

      Indie developer One More Time has announced the release of Kaiju Cleaner Simulator, a cooperative simulation game for up to four players that centers on the extensive cleanup that occurs after heroes eliminate the monsters threatening their cities. Drawing inspiration from the anime Kaiju No. 8, Kaiju Cleaner Simulator will have players managing colossal monster remains using specialized equipment. Check out the new trailer below.

      While massive kaiju wreak havoc across cities, we often find ourselves in the role of the ones fighting them to stop their rampage and earn the title of hero. However, we rarely consider who will handle the cleanup of the destruction left in their wake … until now. In Kaiju Cleaner Simulator, players are tasked with restoring order in cities by dismantling kaiju remains, recovering valuables like organs, and eliminating hazardous toxins.

      Players will have access to a variety of heavy-duty tools, including chainsaws and extraction machines. It’s essential to thoroughly wash away slime, blood, and hazardous waste to secure a larger paycheck. Higher earnings lead to better upgrades and improved equipment.

      Accuracy during cleanup is another factor in obtaining better contracts and more income. The bones and organs of kaiju can fetch a high price if extracted carefully, and certain kaiju may even harbor rare crystals that, if meticulously removed from the goo and grime, can significantly boost profits.

      “After watching Kaiju No. 8, we realized that being a kaiju cleaner might be even more challenging than eliminating them. It’s a job for real tough individuals. Our game is for those who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and turn chaos into enjoyment,” says One More Time.
