IFC has released a new trailer for director Corin Hardy’s upcoming horror film, Whistle, set to hit theaters this February.
The story follows a group of high school students who unknowingly bring about their own demise after they uncover an ancient Aztec Death Whistle. Each time the cursed whistle is blown, it calls forth their future deaths to pursue them.
The film features a cast that includes Dafne Keen, Sophie Nélisse, Sky Yang, Jhaleil Swaby, Ali Skovbye, Percy Hynes White, Michelle Fairley, and Nick Frost. You can watch the trailer below...
A band of mismatched high school students encounters a cursed ancient Aztec Death Whistle. They realize that blowing the whistle produces a terrifying sound that will summon their future deaths to track them down. As the number of victims escalates, the friends delve into the origins of the sinister artifact in a frantic attempt to halt the dreadful series of events they have unleashed.
Whistle will be released in theaters on February 6th.
