Trailer and poster for Folk Horror: Lily's Ritual

      Black Mandala has released a poster and trailer for "Lily’s Ritual," a Spanish folk horror film directed by Manu Herrera.

      The story centers around Lily, who heads to a secluded cabin to join friends for a witch initiation ceremony, oblivious to their malevolent intentions. During the ritual, she finds herself bound and being offered as a sacrifice to the demon Lilith. The cast features Maggie García, Patricia Peñalver, Elena Gallardo, Eve Ryan, Mike Fajardo, and Antea Rodríguez. You can watch the trailer below...

      Set in 1999, four friends escape to a hidden cabin deep within the woods. What starts as a spiritual initiation quickly devolves into a terrifying experience filled with witchcraft, sacrifice, and treachery. An ancient demon is summoned, and bloodshed is inevitable.

      Taking place during the autumn equinox in Madrid at the close of the 20th century, "LILY’S RITUAL" follows Lily, a pale and introverted young woman who travels with her friends to a remote cabin for a witchcraft initiation. As the preparations unfold and night descends, the ritual commences. However, when Lily collapses during the ceremony, she awakens bound, hurt, and alone, unaware that the true purpose of the gathering is much darker. She has been chosen as the offering, and nothing proceeds as intended.

      A demonic laugh resonates through the woods. Friendships shatter. Deceits are revealed. The ritual violently turns against those who orchestrated it, unleashing an uncontrollable force.
