      Jaime P. Gomez (The Rookie, Training Day, Nash Bridges, Law & Order) is set to both star in and direct the independent sci-fi thriller Transfer Complete, a high-concept feature that delves into artificial intelligence, time travel, and the repercussions of having knowledge of the future before it unfolds. Renowned for his extensive work in American film and television, Gomez brings years of expertise to this project, steering a narrative that intertwines psychological tension with philosophical exploration.

      Transfer Complete, created and written by David Mokriski, centers on a brilliant physicist whose innovative experiment creates a pathway to the future via a sophisticated AI-driven system. As the technology starts to reveal future events, the scientist becomes increasingly obsessed with the possibilities it offers, leading him to grapple with issues of free will, ethics, and the notion that some discoveries may be better left undiscovered.

      Producer Devin Reeve, a member of the Television Academy, Producers Guild of America (PGA), and SAG-AFTRA, was drawn to the screenplay's blend of ambitious concepts and emotional depth. “What attracted me to Transfer Complete was its utilization of science fiction to delve into deeply human themes. Beneath the elements of time travel, artificial intelligence, and suspense lies a narrative about obsession, consequences, and the extremes we’re prepared to reach to confront the impossible.       Mokriski, who also takes on the role of executive producer, is the founder of Armchair Philosophy Films and holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he specialized in metaphysics and ethics. These themes are fundamental to the film, which considers the moral ramifications of technological progress and humanity's persistent quest to comprehend what the future holds. Merging thought-provoking science fiction with character-focused storytelling, Transfer Complete raises a challenging question at its core: if humanity were to attain the ability to foresee the future, should it do so?
