Peacock has released a new trailer and images for Long Bright River, the limited drama series adapted from Liz Moore’s New York Times bestselling novel.
Amanda Seyfried plays Mickey, a police officer in Philadelphia who starts to suspect that a string of murders in a neighborhood ravaged by the opioid crisis may be linked to her own past.
The cast alongside Seyfried includes Nicholas Pinnock, Ashleigh Cummings, Callum Vinson, John Doman, Dash Mihok, Britne Oldford, Matthew Del Negro, Harriet Sansom Harris, Patch Darragh, and Perry Mattfeld.
Long Bright River is a suspense thriller series following Mickey (Amanda Seyfried), a police officer monitoring a Philadelphia area significantly affected by the opioid epidemic. As a series of murders occurs in the community, Mickey discovers that her personal history could have a connection to the incidents.
Long Bright River is set to premiere on Peacock on March 13th.
