Razzie Awards 2025: Sony's Madame Web tops the list of "winners" at the Golden Raspberry Awards.

      In advance of the Academy Awards, another form of recognition was unveiled in Hollywood this Friday with the announcement of the 2025 Golden Raspberry Awards, which focus on the most disappointing films from the past year.

      This year, at the forefront of the Golden Raspberry Foundation’s targets was Sony’s Spider-Man spinoff, Madame Web, starring Dakota Johnson, which took home Razzies for Worst Picture, Worst Actress (Johnson), and Worst Screenplay.

      The comic book film Joker: Folie à Deux was dubbed Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off, or Sequel, while its stars Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga were named Worst Screen Combo. Meanwhile, Francis Ford Coppola was designated Worst Director for his passion project Megalopolis, and he shared an acceptance speech on social media…
