This September, Steam will see the release of Concierge, a horror game set in a hotel.
KODINO Artes and publisher Digital Tribe Games have announced that their enigmatic psychological horror game, Concierge, will be released on Steam on September 17th. To celebrate this launch, a new gameplay trailer has been unveiled (see below), offering a glimpse into the hotel’s mysterious environments and twisted gameplay mechanics.
Concierge combines elements of psychological horror and melancholic surrealism, inviting players on a disorienting adventure within an uncanny hotel and its six enigmatic realms, each characterized by its own unsettling atmosphere, mechanics, and opportunities for madness.
Drawing inspiration from titles like Who’s Lila?, Yume Nikki, and Iron Lung, Concierge provides players with a malfunctioning camcorder and immerses them in the hotel, where they must navigate fractured timelines, encounter peculiar and often elusive guests, and tackle a variety of puzzles that challenge categorization.
Highlights include:
- Six Rooms, Six Guests, Six Realities – each requiring players to adjust their perception and play style.
- An ancient camcorder that uncovers new secrets when directed.
- Multiple optional paths to explore.
- Each room filled with symbols, contradictions, hidden meanings, and more.
- Absence of tutorials, encouraging players to trust their intuition and rewarding curiosity.
Concierge will be available on Steam starting September 17th.
