      Dark Star Pictures has released a poster and trailer for the found-footage horror film What Happened to Dorothy Bell?, directed and written by Danny Villanueva Jr. The story follows Ozzie as she delves into a violent incident from her childhood that involved her grandmother, all while grappling with her own mental health issues. In her quest for answers, Ozzie tries to reach out to her grandmother's spirit, inadvertently stirring up a sinister presence.

      The film features a cast that includes Asya Meadows, Lisa Wilcox, Michael Hargrove, Arlene Armone Bibbs, and Steven Alonte. You can watch the trailer below…

      After making unsettling discoveries regarding her late grandmother, Dorothy Bell, Ozzie Gray aims to document her findings. In her search for clarity, she visits the library where Dorothy passed away in hopes of connecting with her spirit. As Ozzie's efforts grow more frantic, she unknowingly awakens a malevolent force that far exceeds her expectations. What Happened to Dorothy Bell? will be available on digital platforms starting October 21st.
