The initial trailer for The Magic Faraway Tree has been unveiled, marking director Simon Farnaby’s adaptation of Enid Blyton’s beloved children's book.
After a family moves to the English countryside, their three children stumble upon an extraordinary magical tree and its quirky inhabitants, quickly embarking on adventures in fantastical realms.
The film features a cast that includes Andrew Garfield, Claire Foy, Nicola Coughlan, Nonso Anozie, Jessica Gunning, Dustin Demri-Burns, Mark Heap, Oliver Chris, Lenny Henry, Michael Palin, Simon Russell Beale, Jennifer Saunders, and Rebecca Ferguson.
The Magic Faraway Tree centers on Polly (Claire Foy), Tim (Andrew Garfield), and their three kids, a modern family that has to adjust to life in the isolated English countryside. As they get used to their new surroundings, the children uncover a magical tree and its unique, eccentric characters such as Moonface (Nonso Anozie), Silky (Nicola Coughlan), Dame Washalot (Jessica Gunning), and Saucepan Man (Dustin Demri-Burns). Climbing to the top of the tree transports them to breathtaking and imaginative lands, where the family's adventures help them reconnect and appreciate each other like never before.
The Magic Faraway Tree is set to hit theaters on March 27th.
