Prime Video has released the initial trailer for Guy Ritchie's Young Sherlock.
The first trailer has been released for Young Sherlock, the forthcoming action mystery series directed by Guy Ritchie. Hero Fiennes Tiffin stars in the title role as the young detective, reimagining his formative years as a disgraced youth who uncovers an international conspiracy while handling his first case in 1870s Oxford, England.
The cast includes Dónal Finn (The Wheel of Time), Zine Tseng (3 Body Problem), Joseph Fiennes (The Handmaid’s Tale), Natascha McElhone (Halo), Max Irons (Condor), and Colin Firth (The King’s Speech). You can view the trailer below.
With all the wit and charm characteristic of Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes films, Young Sherlock presents the origin story of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s famed detective in a thrilling reimagining of his early life. Sherlock Holmes, portrayed as a raw and unrefined young man, becomes embroiled in a murder case that endangers his freedom. This first case reveals a worldwide conspiracy that alters his life forever. Set in 1870s Oxford and extending to international adventures, the series will showcase the early antics of the rebellious teenager who has yet to become Baker Street’s most celebrated resident.
