Netflix reveals that The One Piece will premiere in February 2027.
Not satisfied with just adapting the beloved manga series into live-action, Netflix has announced that its new anime adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece will debut on the platform in February 2027, accompanied by the release of a teaser poster for The One Piece, which showcases Monkey D. Luffy enjoying himself at Partys Bar with Red-Hair Pirates Captain Shanks, First Mate Benn Beckman, and bar owner Makino.
Produced by WIT STUDIO, The One Piece will kick off with Chapter 1 of the East Blue Saga. The first season is expected to cover around 50 chapters of the original manga over seven episodes, culminating in Luffy’s meeting with Sanji, the sous chef of the Baratie floating restaurant.
