Every boundary will be pushed in the final Scary Movie trailer.

      In preparation for its theatrical debut this Friday, a final trailer and a Backrooms-themed promo have been released for Scary Movie, which features the Core Four – Marlon Wayans (Shorty), Shawn Wayans (Ray), Anna Faris (Cindy), and Regina Hall (Brenda) – reuniting over 25 years after the first film for the sixth installment of the horror spoof series.

      The cast also includes Kenan Thompson, Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Kim Wayans, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Damon Wayans Jr., Heidi Gardner, Olivia Rose Keegan, Cameron Scott Roberts, Savannah Lee Nassif, Sydney Park, Gregg Wayans, Benny Zielke, and Ruby Snowber.

      Twenty-six years after evading a suspiciously recognizable masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four finds themselves once again targeted, and no horror movie franchise is safe. Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) join forces in Scary Movie along with familiar faces and newcomers to tackle reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything labeled as legacy, and every “final chapter” that is definitely not final. No trope is off-limits, and every boundary is pushed. The Wayans return to take a stand against Cancel Culture.
