The final trailer for Scary Movie will push every boundary.

      In anticipation of its theatrical debut this Friday, a final trailer and a Backrooms-themed promotion for Scary Movie have been released online. This installment features the Core Four—Marlon Wayans (Shorty), Shawn Wayans (Ray), Anna Faris (Cindy), and Regina Hall (Brenda)—coming together after more than 25 years since the original film for the sixth entry in the horror parody series.

      The ensemble cast also includes Kenan Thompson, Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Kim Wayans, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Damon Wayans Jr., Heidi Gardner, Olivia Rose Keegan, Cameron Scott Roberts, Savannah Lee Nassif, Sydney Park, Gregg Wayans, Benny Zielke, and Ruby Snowber.

      Twenty-six years after dodging a suspiciously recognizable masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four find themselves targeted by the killer once again, and no horror movie franchise is safe. Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) come back together in Scary Movie, teaming up with both familiar and new characters to take on reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything with “legacy” in the title, and every so-called “final chapter” that is far from it. Nothing is off-limits. No trope is spared. Every boundary is pushed. The Wayans are returning to challenge Cancel Culture.

      Scary Movie will hit theaters on June 5th.
