Peacock has unveiled a teaser trailer for Crystal Lake, a prequel series to Friday the 13th. The story revolves around the mourning mother, Pam Voorhees (Linda Cardellini), as unsettling events unfold in the small town a year following the drowning of her son Jason.
Joining Cardellini in the cast are William Catlett, Devin Kessler, Cameron Scoggins, Gwendolyn Sundstrom, Callum Vinson, Nick Cordileone, Joy Suprano, Danielle Kotch, and Phoenix Parnevik. Check out the teaser below...
This prequel to the Friday the 13th series depicts single mother Pam Voorhees, who struggles to overcome her sorrow after her young, ailing son Jason tragically drowned in the town lake nearly a year prior. When two strangers show up at Pam’s doorstep delving into her history, a series of disturbing events begins, prompting the residents of Crystal Lake to question: who is Pam Voorhees, really?
